What is ConEducación?
Fundación ConEducación is a non-profit organization -registered under section 501(c)(3)- that aims to close achievement gaps and to foster access to high quality education for underprivileged students in Colombia. Anchored in the values of social responsibility, equity, community, advocacy and empathy, at ConEducación we believe that through education, collaborative work between teachers and students, and community building it is possible to increase social mobility and foster an equitable society. ConEducación is legally incorporated both in the United States and in Colombia.
Context
There are wide gaps between the education that is provided in rural and urban areas in Colombia, and between private and public schools. At ConEducación we work to close these gaps.
Impact
Since our inception in 2020 we have helped build educational and social equity in Colombia through collective work. Our initial efforts have helped transform many lives thanks to the help of our donor and volunteers.
